Treasure’s Response: Although I appreciate whosever response to number 1, I would just like to point out that there are, in fact, recorded symptoms of synthetic drugs. The summary and the article both state that teens that used them did experience different symptoms. Anyway, these are all great ways for us to keep ourselves and our neighborhoods safe and clean from drug use. If you are noticing they are doing things out of the ordinary, you can confront your child. You can get enlist your child's assistance in volunteer work that may be held in your area. For example, reducing carbs could lower mood, which is already low.
My response:One of the easiest ways to avoid overeating is to limit how much food you eat. It’s pretty straight forward and obvious but some people its harder than it looks. Food has many temptations and overeating is a serious problem in America since alot of out kids are dealing with obesity. It starts with having a good healthy meal plan and home cooked meals. Eating out isn’t bad but not everyday as the regular.
